Allowing you to be as hands-on or hands-off as you want to be! Please find a sample contract attached.
Fee Structure:
Initial/Sign-On Fee: $359
Monthly Fee: 10% of gross monthly rent
New Lease Fee: The first month's rent
Eviction: $250 - $500 depending on length of a possible court
